Warranty: The manufacturer warrants to the original end user all products manufactured by the company to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage dues to abuse, modification or improper use, or for any use which exceeds the published capacity of the product. The manufacturer reserves the right to deem any and all product defects or damage not covered by warranty for any of the aforementioned reasonings.
Return Authorization must be obtained from Customer Service within 10 days of product receipt. A reason for return must be provided with the request. Product must be returned in new, unused condition. In some scenarios, photos of the product may be required prior to return. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
