The Casco C-Matt™ First Responder EMT Stretcher Replacement Mattress, 3" Thickness is made with antimicrobial medical-grade foam and a heavy-duty tri-laminate vinyl (10 oz) that provides a surface that is hypoallergenic, easy to clean, stain-resistant, and durable.

Universal-fit design fits stretcher frames of various makes and models
High-density antimicrobial medical-grade foam core
No bolsters help facilitate patient transfers
Heavy-duty 10 oz tri-laminate vinyl cover
Antimicrobial, hypoallergenic surface
Radio frequency (RF) sealed cover helps protect the foam core from fluids
Ventilation holes allow air to escape and help prevent mattress ballooning
Comes standard with or without adjustable buckle straps

Limited Warranty: Casco Manufacturing Solutions warrants to the original purchaser that its surfaces shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty covers C-Matt Products against defects in workmanship and materials and only for damages arising from normal usage in a hospital or healthcare facility. The warranty does not cover against damages that arise from abnormal use, such as those caused by improper handling, cleaning, or negligent use. C-Matt Healthcare Products are covered on a non-prorated basis for the following period from the date of the original purchase. Warranties are non-transferable. Three (3) Years – Covers, Five (5) Years – C-Matt Healthcare Pressure Redistribution Surfaces, and One (1) Year – C-Matt Healthcare Stretchers.

Returns

Products must be returned in unused, unopened, resalable condition with the original packaging. To return this item you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number. Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
