Give them a daily calorie target and daily carb allowance. The TearPad™ has ample room for patients to record food intake for a week. Also includes handy symbols for hand equivalents of 1 cup, 3 oz., 1 oz., 1 tsp., and more. Tablet of 50 sheets.

Returns

Authorization must be obtained from Customer Service within 30 days of product shipment. Product must be returned in new, unused condition in an unopened package. All returns are subject to a restocking fee set the manufacturer, which for most products is a minimum of 20%. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
