The Capsa Audit Connection Kit for Avalo Medication Carts with Autolock allows administrators to configure and manage the Audit system, and one kit can be used with multiple auto-relock carts.
Please note: All Avalo carts with AutoLock should always be purchased with one factory-installed Audit System (12990) per cart and at least one Audit Connection Kit (12915) per order. Omitting these items may limit security audits and automated locking features.

Warranty: Capsa Healthcare warrants to the original user of its products that the products will, at the date of initial purchase, meet the applicable specification for such products and will be free from any defects in materials or manufacture under normal use for the standard warranty period of 1 year.
Returns
Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for a valid return authorization within 30 days of receipt of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
