Domico Med-Device's Canon Aquilion One Table Pad (No Flaps) is a perfect addition to your CT machine, maximizing compatibility and patient comfort.

For use with the Aquilion One table (not included)
Closed cell foam is rigid, fluid-resistant, and durable
Also available in different pad sizes, for *Aquilion Short (SKU 9106F) and *Aquilion Long (SKU 9107) tables, maximizing patient compatibility
Can be used in tandem with *Detachable Slide Rails (SKU 9080), which work together with *Security Straps (SKU 9061 or 9062) to ensure proper patient positioning during scans
*Separate Vinyl Covers (SKU 9121) are available to increase cleanability and reduce contamination, maximizing the life of the product

Instructions

Warranty: 60 days from date of shipment against manufacturing defects.

Returns

Customers wishing to return this product must contact Customer Service to obtain a valid return authorization number within 30 days of receipt. Please note, due to infection control concerns, to qualify for a return all parts must be unused and in the original packaging. The sealed plastic bag can not have been opened. A decontamination form will be provided when the RMA is issued and the completed form must be included with the return. A minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns.
