Bridge Healthcare BreatheDRY™ BridgeAir™ Absorbent Protection Pad

The Bridge Healthcare BreatheDRY™ BridgeAir™ Absorbent Protection Pad is a white, soft ,flat sheet with an absorbent layer and a waterproof breathable underside that stops fluid from getting through to equipment below and wicks away moisture to protect the patient’s skin. It is designed to be breathable and to manage climate control and preserve skin integrity. The BreatheDRY™ Absorbent Protection Pads provide a breathable, latex-free absorbent layer that can be placed on top of the BridgeAIR™ mattresses to stop fluids from getting through and protect a patient’s skin while providing comfort.

Features:

• It contains 3 layers (latex-free)
  • Soft, Non-woven Air-Permeable Top Layer - is gentle on healthy skin as well as skin of the very young to the very old, plus vulnerable and fragile skin during periods of illness
  • Super Absorbent Inner Layer - allows body fluids to be taken away from the skin. The fluids are locked in the inner layer to keep the skin dry
  • Breathable, Waterproof backing - assists in the containment of fluid for safe disposal
• Moisture Management - Preserving the micro-climate, the BreatheDRY™ draws in moisture, locks it away from the skin, and feels dry to the touch in just minutes
• Breathable Backing -  Permits air flow with an air-permeable back sheet. Compatible with all pressure redistribution surfaces, including low-air-loss mattress therapy. 20 times more breathable than traditional blue underpads
• High-Level Fluid Handling Capacity - Absorbs 3.2 liters per m² (AWTA 62), which assists in the containment and safe disposal through control of fluids
