The HandyStep® touch model 705200 is supplied with a Performance certificate, Universal power adapter, USB cable, Li-Ion battery, Shelf/rack mount, Assorted PD-Tips™ II, Operating manual and One-year warranty.
Limitations of Use - This instrument is designed for dispensing samples, observing the following physical limits:
- Use between +15°C and +40°C (59°F and 104°F) of instrument and reagent
- Vapor pressure up to 500 mbar
- Kinematic viscosity:
- 20 mPa/s with 50mL PD-Tip™ syringe tips
- 260 mPa/s with 5mL PD-Tip™ syringe tips
- 977 mPa/s with 1.25mL PD-Tip™ syringe tips
Operating Exclusions - When the device is operated properly, the pipetted liquid comes in contact with only the tip and not with the device itself.
- Do not use the device with liquids attacking polypropylene, polyethylene (PD-Tip™ piston), LCP (PD-Tip™ piston 0.1mL), or polycarbonate (device housing)
- Avoid aggressive vapors (risk of corrosion)
- The device must not be used for oxidizing acids since metal parts and the electronics can be corroded
- Cannot be autoclaved

*Error limits refer to the nominal and partial volumes relative to the PD-Tip™ II obtained with instrument and distilled water at equilibrium with ambient temperature at 20°C and with smooth operation. The error limits defined in ISO 8655 are not exceeded.
The nominal volume is the maximum volume which is printed on the PD-Tip™ II
