A valid RMA number is required and must be obtained from Customer Service within 30 days of product shipment date. Returned Products MUST be in original packaging in new condition with all packaging materials and manuals in place and accompanied by a "Return Authorization" number. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
