Our Aluminum Adjustable Face Mask Holder is a lightweight aluminum face mask holder, an important component of your personal protective equipment (PPE). Holds multiple boxes. Adjusts to hold any face mask box size and takes up no more space than the box itself. Ideal for use in clinics, patient rooms, offices, labs, or any area where cross contamination is an issue or face masks are needed. Pre-drilled holes for mounting vertically or horizontally. Mounting hardware not included. Width adjusts from 4.5" to 8.5"; depth adjusts from 4.5" to 6.25". 9" high. Products manufactured by OMNIMED®, Inc. are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years, provided the specific equipment is used as recommended. This guarantee shall not apply to any equipment which has been damaged, misused, repaired or altered outside our factory without our authorization. Dents, scratches and bent parts are considered normal wear and tear and do not apply.

Returns

Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for a valid return authorization within 30 days of receipt of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
