Warranty: Pegasus Medical Concepts warrants its products against manufacturing defects under normal use and proper cleaning according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Unless otherwise specified, products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, improper cleaning, chemical exposure, or freight mishandling is not covered. Photographic evidence may be required for warranty claims.

Returns

Products must be returned in unused, unopened, resalable condition with the original packaging. To return this item you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number. Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
