- Comfortable 2" high-density foam cushion with different standard upholstery color choices
- Available in Two Standard Wood Choices: Oak Wood and Maple Wood
- Available in Four Cushion Options:
- Flat Cushion (FESS-6L)
- Lift Back Cushion (TESS-6L) - 70° Manual lift back with 6-position elevation
- Flat and Split Leg Cushion (FESS-6LS) - 45° Split leg elevation
- Lift Back and Split Leg Cushion (TESS-6LS) - 70° Manual lift back with 6-position elevation and 45° split leg elevation
- Optional Accessories:
- Shelf and open cabinet (Can be mounted on either end)
- Shelf, cabinet, and (2) drawers with black wire pull handles (Can be mounted on either end)

This Warranty does not include damage resulting from accident and expressly excludes normal wearing of parts or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper set-up or storage, defect caused by transportation, accident, fire, flood, alteration, abuse, misuse, or negligence. Pivotal Health Solutions shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages or delay, including damages for loss of income or loss of use.
