Instructions

CLEANING OF SOILS AND STAINS:

Wash with a generous application of neutral soap suds and lukewarm water. Rinse with water and dry. Do not immerse.

OR

Use a diluted bleach solution of 10 parts water to 1 part bleach. Wipe dry with a clean cloth. Do no immerse. Bleach MUST be diluted to the 10:1 ratio.

DISINFECTING:

Use Lysol I.C. Disinfectant Spray by National Laboratories, Montvale, NJ, per manufacturer's instructions. Reference: National Laboratories Item # 95029-000

OR

Returns

A valid RMA number is required and must be obtained from Customer Service within 30 days of product shipment date. Returned Products must be in original packaging in unused, resalable condition. Due to federal regulations, returns of mattresses, must be in the unopened original packaging. Returns will be subject to a handling and re-stocking charge. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
