No return will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number from Customer Service. RGAs may be requested within 30 days of product shipment. Custom items are not returnable. There will be a minimum 15% restocking fee on any return received in sellable condition. Customer will be liable for return freight and original shipping freight for any return.
