Product Description

This 14 mL Culture Tube is available with a cap attached and with printed graduations or without a cap and graduation-free.

Features:

Culture tube is available in two plastic polymers which are polypropylene and polystyrene
- Polystyrene (PS) - Crystal clear tube that can withstand temperatures from 0°C to 70°C with centrifugal force up to 2000 xg
- Polypropylene (PP) - Durable transparent tube that can withstand temperatures -86°C to 121°C with centrifugal force up to 4000 xg
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) snap caps can be attached in two positions
- The first position allows for airflow both in and out of the tube enabling aerobic culturing
- The second position offers a leak-proof and air-tight seal making it ideal for anaerobic culturing and/or sample storage
Dual-position snap caps, item T8239, can be ordered separately
Available in graduated or non-graduated
Sterilized to SAL 10⁻⁶
RNase, DNase, pyrogen, and cytotoxin free
Overall Dimensions (Without Cap): 17 mm x 100 mm (0.67" x 3.94")
