Is the back seam of this table cover supposed to be fluid proof? We have had a couple lately where the seam appeared to have puckers in it and is letting fluid through - runs out the back of the table on bottom shelf.

The drape is meant to be fluid resistant, it will absorb some fluid, however, if something is spilled and it runs to the back of the drape it can spill. The drape is meant to create a sterile field for tools, more than it is meant to protect from spills.
