I am 6' 4'', about 240 pounds with a 46" chest. Can you recommend the best size apron for me ? I am an orthopaedic surgeon and do a variety of fluoroscopy cases on a weekly basis.

Based on the provided measurements, the recommended size for your chest would be the Male XLarge, but your length needs may be better served by a Male XXLarge. The dimensions of this sized apron are 24" W x 40" L (as measured from the top of the shoulder). You may estimate the length of this apron on you by measuring from the top of your shoulder and over the chest in a downward motion. Most users wear their aprons at a length of just above the knee. The 40" mark would be the bottom of the XL apron. If you would like additional length coverage - you may want to consider the Male XXLarge - which measures 25" W x 42" L.
