Are these glasses size adjustable or are they one size?

The temple bars of this model are slightly adjustable. Please refer to the product image where the inside of the temple bar is shown. You can see a small track with notches the bars would sit in as you adjust them. The photo shows this model with temple bars adjusted as far as they can go.
