How to Place an Order:

Option 1: Online by adding items to your shopping cart and Proceeding to Check Out. 

Option 2: Send your system generated PO, or our completed Order Form, via email to our Order Processing department: order@universalmedicalinc.com

Option 3: Send your system generated PO, or our completed Order Form, via Toll Free Fax to our Order Processing department: 800-535-6229.

 

Establishing an Account:

Want to establish a NET 30 invoice account?  Complete and submit our CREDIT APPLICATION for prompt processing.   To expedite your initial order's processing, please include a copy of your PO or Order Form with your credit application.

 

Item Availability: 

Whenever possible the average lead time of an item is indicated on our website for each product. If you need delivery of an item by a specific date, please contact Customer Service for confirmation of whether your delivery date can be met and the best shipping method to select.

 

International Shipping:  

Our ability to ship internationally is limited by various factors. Please contact Customer Service at info@universalmedicalinc.com with detailed information about the products, quantities and ship to location desired. We will advise if the request is feasible.

 

Returns: 

Return policies vary by manufacturer and item. Item return policies are listed on the product detail page. Please visit the product page for the detailed description and return policy information for any product you may be ordering.  Please contact Customer Service with any questions and they will be happy to obtain or explain further information for you.

 

ShortShipment/Loss/Damage:

Short shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.  Please email details about any short shipments to info@universalmedicalinc.com.  If an item is lost or damaged in a transit - detailed information will be required to process a claim and replacement.  Please contact info@universalmedicalinc.com to report any package loss or damage within 48 hours of receipt.

  

Sales Tax:

Universal Medical currently collects sales tax on all transactions that ship within Massachusetts & Florida.  The purchase of certain goods within other states may necessitate sales tax collection on behalf of the product's manufacturer.  Whenever possible these may be quoted in advance. If your facility is tax exempt - please email info@universalmedicalinc.com to provide customer service with your tax exemption certificate.  Once this is received, your account will be marked as exempt so that orders may be placed without the assessment of sales tax.

  

Gift Cards:

Universal Medical does offer the purchase of gift cards.  These make a great choice for the medical professional in your life.  Gift cards can be purchased here!
