Returns
Authorization must be issued in writing by Customer Service prior to goods being returned. Authorized returns must be unopened, in good condition, in the original carton and returned within 30 days of product receipt. Any authorized returns are to be freight prepaid and absorbed by the customer. The Return Authorization Number issued must be clearly marked on the returned goods. All authorized and approved returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original invoice.
