Warranty: Product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the original purchase date. If your product does not work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact Customer Service. Upon evaluation, the manufacturer will, for the length of the warranty period, at its option, either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, (b) replace it with a new or a refurbished equivalent value product, or (c) refund your purchase price. All warranty return and/or repair must be shipped freight prepaid and insured to the address provided at the time of approval of the warranty claim. Warranty claims may only be processed through the manufacturer or an authorized supplier approved by the manufacturer.
GENERAL GUIDANCE: Healthcare professionals should test cleaning procedures on a small area before cleaning the entire product. Abrasive cleaning agents should not be used.
WASHING AND DISINFECTION: The cover is not sterile upon arrival. Clean thoroughly before each use with a bleach/water solution, as recommended by the Center for Disease Control or other controlling authority.
ROUTINE CARE: Wipe surface with neutral detergent and lukewarm water or a hospital grade disinfection. Rinse with water and air dry thoroughly.
DISINFECTION: Wipe surface with a quaternary solution at the recommended dilution ratios. Neutral solutions less than 10 pH are preferred; however, as previously noted, you should first test the fabric with the solution to guarantee fabric holds its high-quality standard.
All returns require return authorization within 30 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Service to request a return authorization. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
