Instructions

Recommended Cleaning Instructions: Machine wash with mild detergent and air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach.

Warranty: This product has a one year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Returns

Customers wishing to return this product must contact Customer Service to obtain a valid return authorization number within 30 days of shipment. The item must be in new, resalable condition. A restocking fee may be deducted at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Can this product be used on a hospital bed air mattress?

Per the manufacturer, yes it can.

What are the indications for using the Safetysure Mobility sheet? When should it be used (e.g. patient is immobile, cannot assist with transfers, etc.)? Is it used for turning and positioning?

This item is primarily used to: Lift patient from floor to bed, Transfer between bed and shower trolley, X-ray table, etc., Turn a patient in bed, or Boost a patient in bed. The patient does not need to assist with the transfer and could be immobile.

Can this item be left under the patient all the time?

This item is made of a nylon fabric and can be left underneath the patient at all times.

Can a transfer sheet be used to transfer from bed to wheelchair?

Care should be taken when lifting to avoid injury to the individual and caregivers. This item is an excellent aid in transferring from a bed to a wheelchair and can be used by two to six caregivers. The lift can be accomplished with the individual in either the sitting or reclining position
