The Foot and Ankle Model with Plantar Fasciitis is a full-size cast of the ankle and foot bones; featuring the plantar calcaneonvicular ligament, also known as the spring ligament, with plantar fasciitis. This highly-detailed model includes the bones, tissues, tendons, and ligaments of the foot and ankle.
The double-sided education card includes four views with corresponding images and descriptions; the lateral view and the medial view are shown on the front-side, while the dorsal view and the plantar view are shown on the back-side of the card.
The plantar fascia, a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of the foot and connects the heel bone to the toes is prominently displayed on the bottom of the model. For quick and easy identification, the location of plantar fasciitis is highlighted in red near the heel.
