If you encounter a problem with this item, please contact Customer Service within 14 days of product receipt. If unable to correct the problem, a return material authorization (RMA) number will be issued. Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer. All returns should be packed in the original cases and/or packaging and must include any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the outside of each returned package. CIRS recommends that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and insure the full value of your package so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. CIRS will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Return freight and insurance is to be pre-paid.

All of the Fetal Ultrasound Training Phantoms are for use in 2D, 3D and 4D scan techniques. The model 068 varies from the model 065 in that it allows the user to Measure CRL, BPD, FL and AC. All 068 anatomies are based on published biometric data for normal fetal growth rates for a gestational age of 21 weeks. Can you provide ultrasound pictures of the phantoms you are selling? Are your phantoms 3D only?
The phantoms are 3D models. Item # 065-20 is designed for for 3D reconstructions, and ultrasound scanning demonstrations and will provide a realistic high quality imaging model for 2D and 3D ultrasound applications. From the product page on our website the second image under "MORE VIEWS" will be of a sample ultrasound.
