Limited Warranty: The manufacturer warrants to the original end user all products manufactured by the company to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase except as follows:
- (A) External finishes (gelcoat, decals, paint, etc.) are warranted for 90 days.
- (B) Repairs and services are warranted for 90 days or until the end of the time period(s) above, whichever comes last.
This limited warranty applies only when you use and care for the product properly as described in the instructions provided with the product. Improper use and care may void this warranty. This warranty does not apply to shipping damage or damages sustained through using the product.
