Semi-permanent adhesive, split back for easy removal
Small labels are approximately 1 1/2", medium are approximately 3 1/2"
All packs contain three sets of (3) small and (3) medium of MR CONDITIONAL, MR UNSAFE, and MR SAFE for a total of 18 labels
ASTM labels are MRI Safe

Returns require prior written authorization within 30 days of product receipt. Please contact Customer Service and provide a reason for the return request. A restocking fee may be assessed at the discretion of the manufacturer. All items must be returned in original, unused condition free of damage. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser. Approval to return a product is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
