Warranty: Product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date. If your product does not work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact Customer Service. Upon evaluation, the manufacturer will, for the length of the warranty period, at its option, either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, (b) replace it with a new or a refurbished equivalent value product, or (c) refund your purchase price. All warranty returns and/or repair must be shipped freight prepaid and insured to the address provided at the time of approval of the warranty claim. Warranty claims may only be processed through the manufacturer or an authorized supplier approved by the manufacturer.
Returns
Products must be returned in unused, unopened, resalable condition with the original packaging. To return this item you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number. Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customers original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the package. Credit will not be issued if product is received damaged.
