Upholstery: Clinton uses only premium, woven knit-backed upholstery, that resists stretching and bunching associated with ordinary backed vinyl upholstery. Plus, Clinton upholstery is topcoated with Perma-Block-3 to resist stains, scuffs and abrasions.

Clinton Industries 3-Year Limited Warranty: Products backed by this warranty are warranted against defects in workmanship for three years from date of purchase. This warranty does not include electrical products.
