Designed with the quieter open magnets in mind, this system allows music to be broadcast into the magnet room without the use of headsets, through the use of a shielded Open Broadcast Transducer. The shielded “speaker” will not contaminate images with artifacts as standard stereo speakers can do. The Open Broadcast System includes: Multidisc CD changer with AM/FM tuner and speakers, Newmatic Sound Systems’ custom Patient Amplifier, Push button desktop microphone, Newmatic Sound Systems’ patent-pending Open Broadcast Transducer, RF Filters on 1.5T magnets and above, 7 year warranty on transducer, and 1 year warranty on all other parts.
