Liftem is capable of lifting and transferring patients weighing up to 700 pounds without ever having to move the lift. Using Liftem virtually eliminates caregiver injury, while assuring maximum safety to the patient. Manufactured for both institutional use and home care. An eight button remote controls all functions for the lift. The hand controller enables the caregiver to open and extend the base legs and safely lift and transfer the patient. During lifts and transfers, the caregiver can be close to the patient since the hand controller has an expandable coil cord. Completely self-contained, the scale utilizes precision strain gauge technology and microprocessor signal conditioning to provide stable, accurate and reproduceable weight data with an accuracy of 0.1% (pounds or kg's).(Scale is optional) Well marked and clearly illustrated, key operational instructions are placed on all lifts. Liftem provides a rechargeable and interchangeable battery that is capable of 70 patient lifts and transfers with one full charge. External battery mount with charger is optional. After the lift is positioned, you can lock the rear casters. These non-skid casters provide for safe lifting and transferring. A four point lifting bar is standard with an easy attachment point for all slings. A two point lifting bar is also available. Liftem is able to lift the patient from as low as the floor, up to 52" off the floor. The long seat style sling is ideal for transfers in reclined position. It provides full body support and optional commode opening. The mesh combi sling is great for bathing and provides the same comfort as the standard combi sling. Standard Liftem (LFT700) comes with lift, four point lifting bar, battery and handset. Slings are sold separately.
