Products manufactured by OMNIMED®, Inc. are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year, provided the specific equipment is used as recommended. This guarantee shall not apply to any equipment which has been damaged, misused, repaired or altered outside our factory without our authorization. Dents, scratches and bent parts are considered normal wear and tear and do not apply.

Returns

Obtain authorization from Customer Service within 30 days of product receipt before returning any product. Product must be returned as received in new, unused condition. Save the carton and packing material for safe return shipping. Failure to comply with this will resort in no credit being issued. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. All parts and custom merchandise are not returnable. Freight collect returns will not be accepted. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.

How are they attached to the wall? Is there a picture of the mounting area?
There are 4 mounting holes in each corner. The hardware is not included with this item, as everyone has different mounting needs. If hanging on drywall, the manufacturer recommends heavy duty drywall anchors, which can be purchased at any hardware store. Alternately we offer the Stainless Steel Door Hanger Bracket, item # 307001. This will allow you to hang the isolation station from a door.

How do you clean this product?
We do not have specific cleaning instructions for the 307010. This unit is powder-coated steel; the manufacturer has advised you may use any cleaners that you generally use, except for 100% bleach.
