Our eye anatomy models are enlarged by three to five times that of the size of the human eye. This allows patients, doctors, and future optometrists an opportunity to examine one of the smallest features of the human anatomy in clear detail. Our human eye models explicitly illustrate the range of anatomy of the eye, from the lenses and cornea to the microscopic structure of the retina:

General Human Eye Models:
  • Dissect into multiple parts of the eye, to demonstrate various aspects of the anatomical model eye.
  • Show the relationship between the eye, bone, muscles, and outer structures.
Detail Specific Medical Eye Models:
  • Illustrate more detailed muscles, the optic nerve, and choroid and sclerotic membranes.
  • Depict photoreceptors and the pigmented layer of cells on the retina.
Conditions of the Eye Anatomy Models:
  • Demonstrate cornea and cataract conditions.
  • Feature different lenses to show patients the visual effects of glaucoma.
  • Are available mounted with labeled education cards describing the functions of various parts of the demonstration eye model
Many human eye models are attached to an orbit base allowing for easy rotation and viewing. Enlarged sizes are great for beginning optometry students or even undergraduate and secondary students. Bright colors, dissectible models, and patient education cards make our medical eye models helpful tools to teach patients about the parts of eye, their relation to one another, and various eye conditions and treatment options. Eye anatomy models mounted on posters allow for easy reference during educational demonstrations. Our fiberglass models create a lightweight design, offer easy transportation, and durability.
