Authorization must be requested from Customer Service prior to return of merchandise and a RGA (Return Goods Authorization ) number will be issued. Only unbroken,undamaged, unopened full case quantity will be accepted for return within 14 days of product receipt. A 25% restocking fee applies to merchandise accepted for return and all shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
