Return Policy:

No return will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number from Customer Service. RGAs may be requested within 30 days of product shipment. Custom items are not returnable. There will be a 15% restocking fee on any return received in sellable condition. Customer will be liable for return freight and original shipping freight or any return. Sterile items can NOT be opened to qualify for return.
